Liked: Location is great, stuff was really friendly and nice. Comfortable and very clean room. Big windows with view to the cathedral.

Disliked: Elevator would sometimes stop working, the staff expected us to come down to reception to tell them this to then call the mechanic.

Liked: The location is PERFECT! You can reach everything by foot in 15min, but you can also take a tram or bus that stops in the street next to the hotel. The stuff in the hotel is really nice and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is really old and does not present a 4-star hotel. The mattress is uncomfortable and old. The level of hygiene is okay; however, since the furniture is old, everything seems that it could be cleaner. The hotel needs renovation!
