Liked: Very clean and staff was very hospitable
Disliked: It was a little dated and noise from other rooms was easily heard

Your hotel in Cottonwood made...

Liked: Reception people were helpful, especially Edward. Marvin the Maître de and Mario our waiter at BV’s Kitchen were great. Totally enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better, but for the price of the room it was fine.

Liked: The room was clean and big. The breakfast was excellent. Staff was very nice and friendly.Best pillows in a hotel we’ve had in awhile, not postage stamp size.
Disliked: The bed was firmer than we like. The couch in the room was unusable, sitting on the floor was more comfortable. The cover grate for the AC unit was missing.
