Great location, great customer service,...

Liked: Loved the location, service was great, hotel was very clean - loved the style - felt high end yet comfortable!
Disliked: A tad pricey, but understand this is a high end hotel. Was a splurge for us for sure.

Pleasant enough.

Liked: The service staff was excellent. The desk staff was not as good but pleasant enough.The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I wish there was a refrigerator and it was easier to make tea in the room.
Disliked: 1) I wish there were more order options on the menu, especially for room service.2) The parking situation of having to return to the garage after checking in is difficult with children.

The UCLA campus is worth...

Liked: The hotel is on the campus of UCLA, which was nice. It was far away from any of the touristic sites, but it was expected in LA. The facilities were good, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful.
Disliked: They didn't clean my room every day. It was a bit expensive.
