Liked: Absolutely fantastic location! Friendly and welcoming staff!
Disliked: Very dated, carpets very old which made it seem less clean

Cozy, clean option in perfect...

Liked: Small but cozy room that was spotlessly clean and had everything you need. Great breakfast and very friendly people. Wonderful area surrounded by good restaurants and pubs, plus all kinds of shops. Walking distance to Westminster Abbey and down the street from Victoria.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was fairly close to the tube , breakfast was excellent and the gentleman serving breakfast we’re pleasant and polite.
Disliked: Everything was great only thing it could use is a shelf in the washroom for shaving bag/etc.

Liked: Staff was suuuper helpful and nice! No issues with keeping our luggage after checking out. Breakfast waiters were so cool! Location is just perfect, 8 minutes walk to Victoria, there is also a bus stop just in front of the hotel.

Excellent and we'd return in...

Liked: The staff were incredibly kind, informative, and generous. The breakfasts were delicious, and filling, and they catered to any allergies or special requests. And the location was amazing.
Disliked: The room was quite warm, but we turned the heat down and found relief.
