Disappointing

Great location near Victoria

Liked: Great location just 10 minutes walk from Victoria Railway Station, bus stop outside the hotel, family owned business with friendly and helpful staff.Comfortable bed, remarkably quiet even though our room overlooked the street, good shower with high water pressure.Breakfast was a nice extra , juice, cereal, toast and cooked eggs and bacon, all served quickly and with friendly banter.
Disliked: Nothing would definitely stay again, though the hotel doesn’t have a lift so be aware you may have to climb several stairs.

Disliked: The breakfast options were quality ingredients, but of very low variation. Kitchen staff was very accommodating upon asking for extras, but why not offering all options on the menu instead of writing limiting meal options.

Liked: Owners were amazing, so lovely. Rooms were immaculate. The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was lovely. I will be using this hotel again.

Disliked: The room was a bit on the smaller side and the bed was also quite small.
