Excellent staff, vip service, and...

Liked: Staff were very helpful and courteous and always trying to take an extra step to assist you. I had an early flight at 7am and the receptionist took the extra step to make sure the hotel provided a breakfast sandwich for me before I left for my flight without me even asking. They also did little things such as walking me to the elevator even though it was plainly in sight. There was much attention to detail to ensure high quality service. I highly recommend this hotel for it's staff and also the value of the room. I booked a standard room for one night yet without even asking they upgraded me to a suite for the night. Amazing staff. Will definitely stay again my next trip to Lisbon.

Liked: If you go to Lumen, I forbid you to miss breakfast and at least a lunch or dinner at the restaurant! The food is absurdly amazing, the chef is very kind and down to earth, checking-in on the customers and making sure their experience is just excellent.The staff is very friendly and the light's show is definitely worth the experience. Everything was clean and organized. We were very happy with the bedrooms and so were the other guests that travelled with us.

Liked: Hotel was modern spacious clean. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It's very handy for the metro and easy to get around. The area itself is business/,hotel district but has many nice places to eat.

Incredible staff and exquisite rooms

Liked: Excellent staff and beautiful room. Daniel warmly welcomed us, and we were also surprised with an upgrade which really made our night in Lisbon very special. The room was immaculate and had an incredibly comfortable bed. There were many ways to tailor your stay. For example, although I did not use this service, I was very impressed to see a pillow service available. The breakfast was great too - again, very warm and cheerful staff made the experience special.
Disliked: Nothing, it was flawless.
