Fantastic stay

Liked: Great location next to Times Square. Brilliant staff, welcoming and helpful. Great size room for the 3 of us, 2 king beds were perfect. Nice bathroom and shower.
Disliked: Noisy cleaning staff in the morning

Liked: Upscale Hotel, quite new and very well thought from a functional perspective. Very well located and with friendly staf. Recommend also the restaurant downstairs.
Disliked: The room is on the small side, but I guess that is NY in a nutshell. Also there is no real communal spaces.

The perfect bolt hole for...

Liked: It was the perfect location for us. Close enough to the bright lights of Times Square in one direction but also close to the chilled vibe in Bryant Park. Excellent transport links close by, including a very short walk to Grand Central. It made it the perfect base for sightseeing. Rooms were very spacious, clean, well dressed and decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing about the hotel was negative for us

Excellent, would highly recommend.

Liked: Clean, comfortable room, excellent location, no daily new York charge. Room extras as standard e.g. hair drier and coffee facilities.
Disliked: Could have been given a bottle of free water each day not just the first day.
