Nice. I might book again,...

Liked: Location was wonderful and staff was excellent. Loved the little bellhop robot.
Disliked: I paid extra for skyline room, we were looking at the buildings. Not the skyline height. The heater in the room didn’t work properly the whole time we were there. The toilet tank was disassembling 4 times, and I had to put it together. Scale in the room didn’t work, but that was not a big thing.

Best NYC visit yet

Liked: I can’t imagine why I’d ever stay anywhere else when visiting NYC. I used to live here and have visited many, many times in the past, but LUMA was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in the city.
Disliked: Nothing.
