Fantastic stay in lovely quiet...

Liked: Great location just off Times Square and near Bryant Park. All the staff were so friendly and helpful- the room was very clean and beds were super comfy
Disliked: We didn’t have a city view from our window- just another building’s wall so there was very little daylight in the room even on sunny days. We were out most of the time so it didn’t really bother us

Liked: Great location for exploring mid-town and surrounds, easy accesss to subway stations, etc. Rooms are spacious for a family of 4. Efficient staff. Modern finishes and furnishings.
Disliked: Bedding is fantastic, but the beds themselves are a bit worn out. If you have sensitive joints/ muscles, these beds will be challenging for a comfortable night's sleep

Disliked: I chose this hotel because it’s advertised queen sized beds. They were not queen size. I called the guest service to complain and was just dismissed

Liked: Breakfast included in price had enough variety and the gentleman running it was extremely accomodating for early morning departures and making up breakfast hampers to take with us
Disliked: Just sports channels on tv

Liked: Excellent location. You can walk to everything! The room was clean and quiet. Staff was extremely friendly.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a better view out of the window of Urban view room, however due to limited space in NYC i assume it was unavoidable.

Weekend visit to the city...

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Some staff were great, some just ok. Lobby smelled like urine one of the mornings. Seemed tight in the lobby. Just wasn’t impressed for the price and surprised at the great reviews. It was fine. Definitely not great.
