amazing location, free parking, cozy...

Liked: free parking! clean 1br apartment with little frills or luxuries but absolutely perfect for the price and location. we loved the Riverside neighborhood, with the old Chinatown nearby, among other food options, bars, and cafes. would recommend if visiting :)
Disliked: I didn't love the strong scent of the plug in air freshener being used but I'm sensitive and it could just be me :)

Well-appointed apartment in a lively...

Liked: Generous sized apartment, clean and well appointed. Instructions for access clear and timely. Off-street parking much appreciated.
Disliked: Flat four is up two long flights of stairs, windows onto Queen Street with its urban bustle. This could be a problem for those unused to city living. Apartments looking out onto the back are available.

Liked: Big kitchen and living space. great cost / performance. free parking.
Disliked: bad sound insulation, include kid noise from the upper room, even tram rail scratch and vibrations.

Wonderful one bedroom in Leslieville,...

Liked: Nice one bedroom apartment in an excellent location. Very clean, lots of room. We had an upper floor unit facing Queen, there was some noise from the nightclub across the street on the weekend and the streetcars, so if you are noise sensitive ask for a rear facing unit. Lots of stairs and no elevator, so you can’t stay if you have mobility issues. Responsive staff, easy check-in and out. Excellent transit, streetcar and buses on Queen and Broadview connect you anywhere you want to go. Wonderful restaurants and coffee shops, little boutiques.
Disliked: In the unit we stayed in there was a beam that you had to be careful of when you get in and out of bed on one side.
