Cozy, but payment system needs...

Disliked: Strange system of charging money… you are charged several times for the same thing, and then you have to write to the hotel to get the money back… even though everything was paid in advance

This hotel is a hidden...

Liked: The hotel was super cute and it was very well decorated. It's also in a great part of the city. There's a bus stop right in front and it's a short walk to the metro stop. The staff was also really great, especially Caio and Johnny. They made sure we were taken care of and gave us great recommendations on what to do in the city. (side note: Caio makes GREAT drinks at the hotel bar)
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit small, but that's just me being a picky American. The room was a great size for our party.
