Just what we wanted

Liked: A charming, unique hotel tucked away in a beautiful, quiet spot. The many staff were excellent, the room was spotless. Not cheap but worth the money we thought.
Disliked: You can find fault anywhere if you look hard enough. Perhaps the Christmas dinner had been preprepared. I don't know, it was still good and nothing worth moaning about.

Liked: Top quality hotel. Everything was of a very high standard. All the staff were attentive and helpful especially when one of our party was unwell on one day and decided to stay in bed.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Exceptional Place and a relaxing...

Liked: The Lugger is exceptional, the staff were friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable and clean. Lots of little touches in the room bowl of fruit, chocolate mints full range of teas, coffee and hot chocolate plus dog treats. We had a sea view which was an added bonus. The toiletries in the bathroom were of good quality. Breakfast and evening meals were so delicious. Portloe itself is very peaceful and relaxing !
Disliked: All was fabulous nothing bad to say!
