Room itself was fantastic however...

Liked: The property itself was fantastic and the room was great
Disliked: I didn’t like that when we checked in we were informed that we couldn’t take advantage of any of the hotels amenities. We were not allowed to order room service to the room or use the private lounge which is why we booked this room, we also had the entry light flickering all night in our room and the hotel said “we can’t do anything about it as it’s a private owned” Extremely frustrated to have had it advertised on booking.com to have access to amenities and not be allowed into them.

Good

Liked: The balcony provided a great scenery at night and we were away from all the Strip traffic! AND this room has a microwave and fridge...until you stay at a handful of hotels you won't know how lucky we were.
Disliked: All three times we requested our car from valet they took a long time. Guest who were coming out before our car came way after we requested ours! The 2nd time made us late to our dinner reservation!

Wasn’t bad but huge factors...

Disliked: Literally got the room for the “spa bathtub” that was broken and didn’t work for the “spa effect” The bed didn’t make me feel I was staying in a suite. Hard and seemingly old

Disliked: The host of the PENTHOUSE no communicated. I called several times / txt NONE the entire trip did he /she respond /apologize . I will neverrr book this penthouse again .

Liked: Free valet parking was a huge bonus! even though you had to wait a little while for your car, assuming as the hotel is so big. The restaurant on site was nice to grab lunch from, and we didn't use the pool area.The suit was really lovely, although I'm not sure it was worth the £300+ per night. I do understand that it is expensive to stay near the strip, but this felt very high especially given we weren't in the main hotel. The room was lovely and clean and we had a good view from out balcony!
Disliked: The staff were not very helpful and the lady on the desk was very rude to us and spoke very abruptly! we spent 3 weeks in the US and stayed at 10 different places, this was the worst service we received at the most expensive hotel! The rude lady checked us in to our room, for us to then find the cleaners were still in there!
