Liked: The property was well appointed and we loved that it was attached by AC walkway. The pools were nice and not overcrowded or crazy. Loved the onsite Starbucks right off the lobby of Tower 1 for my must have daily coffee. Room was spacious and loved the jetted tub after long days of walking.
Disliked: I will say we usually stay on the strip to be close to the action so this time it did creat a bit of an inconvenience getting right out there. Also for some reason a couple of times calling a taxi didn’t work out as the drivers would get close then abandon the pickup saying they couldn’t locate us. Not sure if they were just unfamiliar with the spot despite us putting in the comments section exactly where we were.

Liked: Close to the monorail and everything you could need in walking distance. The pools were easy to enjoy and never crowded. The room was large and the whirlpool tub as perfect to relax with after a long night

Don’t do it. Waste of...

Liked: Clean but not what we paid for
Disliked: We were put in a 2nd floor room with no balcony, no strip view and of course no high floor. We asked and weren’t given any kind of credit or refund. Very upset and disappointed that booking allows their members to falsely advertise rooms. Balconies are hard to find in Vegas and I paid a lot for this place to have a balcony and they acted like it was no big deal to move us and not compensate us. Will NEVER stay again

FAVORITE ROOM OF THE YEAR...

Liked: This was our first time staying at this location, and we loved staying here! This room is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and clean! The spa tub was amazing and was the perfect way for us to relax and unwind after our long drive. The lighting is amazing, and you are able to adjust it in each room. The balcony was very large and had the most beautiful views of the strip and the many surrounding pools. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we were able to make a delicious meal of our own. Hotel staff seemed happy and were so friendly and attentive with everything. I will definitely be booking again for a longer stay. Staying here was just what we needed.

heartbreaking

Disliked: A cleaning fee of $139 was ADDED to the room rate!This was not announced in early communications.We are a 78 year old couple staying 1 nite in Vegas to just experience it.We will not travel again if this is what booking companies will do. The hotel said they could not remove it as that is the scheme of booking companies.We have learned a hard and sad lesson.
