We'll be returning, for sure!!
Liked: Easy walking access to the MGM casino, the Grand Pool, and anywhere else via quick and easy rideshares. Free valet parking and the balcony were both a huge plus for us.The room was exceptionally clean and laid out well. Comfortable bed with nice pillows.The hotel staff (valet and front desk) were very pleasant.It's pretty quiet as well (for Vegas).
Disliked: Although we were aware of no maid service during the stay, the garbage collected quickly, and we ran out of clean towels (only because we didn't manage them very well). Although we checked with housekeeping and the property manager, we were unsuccessful in getting any extras, but ultimately, we found an extra set in a cabinet, so we made it through without issue. The 16th floor ice machine didn't work, but it was only a very, very minor inconvenience.Not sure the thermostat actually controls the unit, as we had it set very cold, but the room generally was warmer than we liked. Although it was over 100⁰ outside for most of our stay, so it was not unexpected.

Comfortable, great location, great owner.
Liked: Location and the comfort. The owner helped drastically with an error on booking.com’s end.
Disliked: Was a little dated and the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been for the price.

Traveled with my little family....
Liked: We love the spa tub. We didn’t even have to leave our room at all after a long day on the strip.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

We had a great time...
Liked: Great room and location! The property was awesome. Everything you need is here!
Disliked: The checkin process was awful. The front desk told us they did not have our reservation. The manager of the complex had to track down the management company for the room via mail and phone to create the reservation in our name.
