Liked: Lovely room and beautiful gardens to wander round . Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and the view was amazing .
Disliked: My relaxing swim in the pool was spoiled by children and parents jumping and diving in so I didn't stay long . I know the hotel wants to welcome families but mabee soE adult only time would be a good idea .

Liked: Fantastic stay. The staff make you feel very special, nothing too much trouble. The location is wonderful, the sea view from the gardens, on a sunny morning, is very beautiful.Our room was large, light, clean and comfortable. Breakfast delicious, room service (evening takeaway) was spot on, and very reasonably priced. Our 4th visit (normally Luccombe Manor next door - sister hotel), and we’ll be back again soon

Liked: The garden was beautifulDidn't like the room, located on the 2nd floor accessible via a steep staircase. Appalling. Also, there is no access from the hotel to the seaside. You would think you would be advised by the front staff on arrival
