Horrible!
Liked: The property is being renovated so i would go out of my room to find workers holding large planks of wood outside of my room. Everything is EXTREMLY small and tight from the elevator to the unbelievably tight room ( i could barley move) to the breakfast room. The stairs were so tight i always felt like i was gonna fall
Disliked: Everything!

Close to the Louvre
Liked: Extremely friendly staff. Short walk to the Louvre and numerous bars and restaurants
Disliked: There was decorating going on which is obviously necessary but a bit disruptive

Poor
Liked: The location was very central and close to all the tourist sites. The staff were also helpful and polite
Disliked: The staircase was very dusty all the time and every morning I was woken up by either some sanding or building/renovation work happening outside my room door in the property. My room happened to be blocked by a ladder during the day whenever I was coming and going. They did not mention that at the time of the booking. The lights on the corridor were also not working at night time which was a safety hazard.

Worst hotel I have ever...
Liked: The room was horrible and the first room the floors slanted so bad the bed looked like it would fall over. The walls had mold all over them and looked like blood was splattered on them. Very disgusting.
Disliked: The second room offered as an upgrade was only a little better. There was still some mold on the walls and the air conditioner poured water on the gross carpeted floor and when we walked back in it smelled horrible, at that time we realized our health was worth losing the $1,000 over--they would not return any of our money. We saw holes in the floor next to the cabinet and heard mice and that is when we left. The entire little (very little) hotel was under construction and really should have been closed or should have been condemned. The steps were slippery with paper on it and the lift was 1 person 1 suitcase big and the doors did not shut all the way. The remodeling...well it looks like they are putting lipstick on a pig.
