A great stay near Avery...

Liked: The Louisiana Cajun Mansion is a lovely little B&B nestled in a neighborhood south of Lafayette Louisiana. The rooms are beautiful and with only four in the unit it made for a very quiet stay. There is a lovely sitting area and outdoor area. Rooms are also all on the first floor, so it made getting it in and out easy. Parking was behind a secure gate so I had no concerns, leaving things in my van.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay, even in a thunderstorm! everything was perfect.

Liked: Such a beautiful house and gardens, we loved the dcor in our Atchafalaya room, staff were tremendous and nothing was too much bother. Very comfortable bed, lovely breakfast with access to beverages throughout the stay. Excellent information provided on where to eat and places to see. We were visiting the Tabasco Factory and Gardens and both the mansion and the Tabasco tour made the whole experience of the area memorable. A fantastic peaceful stop over in what has been a hectic fun packed trip along the Blues Trail just what we needed.

Beautiful and luxurious stay on the way to New Orleans

Liked: Beautiful house; rooms were large and comfortable; breakfast was amazing! They have a secret ingredient in their scrambled eggs that was so delicious! Staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: There was a wedding rehearsal going on after we arrived. We had to walk through it to get to our friends room.
