Good

Liked: We ate in the Lough bar and grill for dinner, food was amazing and staff were really nice, very welcoming environmentBreakfast staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive. Food was amazing here too.
Disliked: Pool is dated, very small and very noisy. Whirlpool was cold, steam room wasnt working during our stay. Also guests using swimming pool not required to use swimming hats which put me off having a swim.The rooms were really beautiful, well maintained and very comfortable. However when we arrived to our room their was a pair of footwear in our room from previous guests, which house keeping must not have seen when cleaning room. Bathroom was a little dated but over all clean but i did think the choice of tissue for guests was the cheapest i've ever seen or used, would have expected something a little more luxurious in a 5 star hotel.We ate in the bar for lunch, food was only okay.

Liked: Staff was amazing ,and was a very relaxing night away .Also the Bar &Grill was very good food .Will definitely be back to stay for a longer trip next time .Definitely worth the 5 stars

Liked: The presidential suite was huge and a lot more modern than what the pictures show. Staff were really friendly and professional.

An absolute delight to be...

Liked: I have visited the resort many many times over the past few years but have never stayed in the hotel before, but I will certainly be returning - and the sooner the better!!!My bedroom was just heavenly, spotlessly clean, so spacious and so very very comfortable. Beautifully decorated in quiet restful tones. The bathroom was fabulous with lots of space and luxurious toiletries with an abundance of soft sumptuous fluffy towels. As expected the views were stunning. We ate in the Blaney Bar which was very relaxed with a warm and gentle convivial atmosphere. The staff were excellent and very attentive, the food was delicious and there was a drinks list to suit all tastes. I have recommended this hotel to everyone since returning home, to my solo adventurers, my friends with families and those couples just seeking a quiet peaceful and stress free break. I had "breakfast in my nest' as they call it and it was first class. I can't wait to return. Thank you to EVERY member of staff for making my all too brief visit such a delight. 10 of 10 from me!
