New local family owned hotel. 1 mile from Hot Springs National Park Oaklawn Race Track and Down Town Hot Springs. Traditionally decorated rooms are equipped with coffee maker refrigerator microwave cable TV and wireless internet. Local restaurants are available offsite for breakfast lunch and dinner. No onsite food services presently. Lotus by Hotel Inn is a short distance to Magic Springs Oaklawn Casino Spring Water local bike and hiking trails. We have a Alligator farm & Petting Zoo Escape Rooms Gangster Museum and lots of family friendly activities. Live horse racing season is December to May every year.

Liked: I liked the staff. They were very nice. The motel was clean and I felt safe there. The location was awesome. It's right downtown. There is a food truck in the parking lot that sells delicious food too. Will definitely stay there again.

Price was cheap, but you...

Liked: Location was great!
Disliked: Was not very clean and I ended up having to buy my own blankets to use during the stay.

Superb

Liked: The location was within walking distance of the music festival. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. The AC was cold. It's not the Hilton but the owners are a local couple and I'd rather support them than a multi-conglomerate.
