New local family owned hotel. 1 mile from Hot Springs National Park, Oaklawn Race Track, and Down Town Hot Springs. Traditionally decorated rooms are equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, cable TV and wireless internet. Local restaurants are available offsite for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No onsite food services presently. Lotus by Hotel Inn is a short distance to Magic Springs, Oaklawn Casino, Spring Water, local bike and hiking trails. Awful avoid at all costs

Liked: Good location is to walk into town, free parking
Disliked: Awful room, extremely dated Curtains did not even close properly, dirty stained bath tub. Needs a complete renovation am surprised you have this on booking.com
