Liked: Cool tower! Beautiful rooms. Very cool detail and high end finishes to make it feel really nice. The work out facility was great and spa/sauna a nice bonus too.
Disliked: Wish it was a little closer to the market and other restaurants but we didn’t mind walking/ubering as needed. Can’t change location!

We Wish We Could Have...

Liked: We ate breakfast at Charlotte all three mornings we were there. We also ate dinner there one night. The food was very good, but the service was impeccable. Outstanding breakfast service from Tomiteo (2X) and a tall Asian gentleman whose name we didn’t get. Outstanding dinner service from Gene as well.Also need to mention Nick, Antoine and Yea Soo at the front desk - all warm and welcoming . And a final shout out to Arthur, who made recommendations that were perfect (e.g., the Calder exhibit at the Seattle Art Museum). I can tell you I read “Unreasonable Hospitality” twice and the staff embodies the same culture of excellence. Last note… my wife and were so impressed we booked a stay at the Lotte hotel in Chicago. Bravo!

Liked: Beautiful view. Beautiful lighting. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Mirrors everywhere except above the sink. Had to get creative doing makeup and not sure how a guy would shave? There was a small vanity mirror attached to the side, but not easy to use.
