Great location for St Paul’s

Liked: Great location, great staff but at that the price, I expect a few things to make my stay special. Two tiny uht milks, two tea bags, two herbal bags and a coffee machine. Tight. Somehow I got a room with disability features so be warned - no shower curtain so soaked floor and a very high loo (and I’m 174cm tall). But very quiet and comfortable

Liked: Beautiful hotel, in a perfect location next to St Pauls Cathedral. The area felt very safe and clean and well situated to all the main landmarks. Room was modern and clean.
Disliked: The room we were initially allocated was small and had no proper window. This was disappointing after I had already mentioned we were there for a special occasion. However we advised reception we weren't happy and they moved us straightaway.

Liked: Clean, modern, efficient and comfortable. Breakfast is superb and the set menu evening meal excellent.
Disliked: Check in and reception are polite and friendly but managed to mess up charging my credit card and this remains to be resolved.

Liked: Spacious room and bathroom. Extremely clean and well maintained. Beautiful decor. Comfy bed. Location was great. Friendly and helpful staff

Liked: location near St Paul, very well connected with the transport : bus and underground, safe location, lovely design of the rooms, very clean, large sized bathroom
