Liked: The location was really good
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and confusion amongst the staff meant a complimentary upgrade was then retracted when I checked out of the room.

excellent accommodation in london

Liked: very helpful staff and lovely clean modern hotel
Disliked: no view from the window we were in the ground floor would have been nice to be up a bit with a view of the city

nice hotel, good location and...

Liked: the location, the hotel, the breakfast everything was really nice and top, just the size of the room was a bit small, especially if you have a partner who is nearly 2m tall:) but we handled it somehow
Disliked: actually nothing, everything was great for us
