Liked: location close to my daughter's flat and covent garden but too noisy
Disliked: noise, i have booked for 3 people stay and they only let 2 of us stay

Liked: Location was perfect for exploring London. Just two minutes walk from Holborn tube station.
Disliked: One downside of the location, is that it’s on a main road and there’s no parking. The hotel offered me valet parking at £90 per day. I don’t think so!

Gorgeous boutique hotel in central...

Liked: Fantastic location, and staff very welcoming and attentive. Loved the overall decoration. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely surprise. Huge comfortable bed, fruit in the room, great walk in shower. Lighting and mirrors good for applying makeup (not always the case, even in super expensive hotels which should know better!). Breakfast options good.
Disliked: Pillows were a bit too soft. There was probably the option to call to get different ones, but when you are already in bed and it's late you don't always want the hassle of calling down and then waiting for someone to bring alternatives. Bar bill was on the high side for four drinks (three alcoholic and one soft) but that's central London!

Lovely hotel.

Liked: Lovely welcome with a glass of champagne and more importantly we were able to check in though we were a little early. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent cocktails. Great breakfast!
Disliked: The light switches were unnecessarily complicated !

Superb hotel with fantastic staff

Liked: Absolutely stunning hotel . Ali , Mustafa and the concierge were so kind , welcoming and helpful . The room was superb and very spacious . Great facilities and location .
