Liked: Location was perfect. Majority of staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A few members of staff not so helpful!

Disliked: We came back one night at 930pm and the hotel bar was shut.

Liked: Great location. The front desk clerk, ABDE, was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little overpriced

On the whole nice

Liked: The location was great, the room was lovely. We also enjoyed using the rooftop bar
Disliked: Although it says the rooftop bar was open all year round it seemed closed and didn't have any chairs around it. On a Saturday the rooftop bar was busy, and despite us being hotel guests we were asked to stand and then other people who came to the bar were given priority over us, despite us being told we would be seated as soon as possible. Also no kettle in the room

Liked: The decoration was beautiful throughout the entire building.The reception staff were super helpful and gave excellent recommendations.The room (104) was just perfect.Absolutely loved the location.
Disliked: Rooftop terrace bar opening hours. Although we didn't personally use the rooftop much, we may have used it if it was open later.

Liked: Location was the best. Also the bar with the beautiful flamenco concert.
Disliked: The price for what the hotel offers. For the price there should be more or at least breakfast included.
