Liked: Adorable setting, very friendly staff, central location to downtown Los Gatos, trails, and highway to Santa Cruz.
Disliked: Nothing

Nice location but the room...

Liked: The room for the most part was clean. The bathroom fan was extremely loud, and the tv did not work. The man that checked us in reset the tv but it did not fix it. He apologized but didn’t offer any other options. The location was nice

Liked: Great location and layout is really cute and retro. Keri’s in the room, microwave and fridge in the room which was convenient. Manager was nice and no charge for parking.
Disliked: Might have just been my particular room but while it was clean and adequate for our 1 night stay, the mattress was pretty old, all furnishings were mismatched. Metal folding chair for the desk. Room needs paint badly and the toilet barely has an enough clearance to sit forward.

Liked: We like the location in downtown Los Gatos which is convenient to everything. It's a beautiful quiet relaxing oasis where you are surrounded by flowers and succulents and brick walkways. The hotel room is quaint and homey and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly.
Disliked: We liked everything about this place.

Liked: CLEAN ! very helpful and courteous staff,,,even the gardener was pleasant :-)Bed very comfortable...room & grounds were "well groomed" ...had a very cozy feel too. All amenities were well within walking distance. I felt safe too...sincere thanks for an excellent stay.
Disliked: Room service (in progress I was told) and a few more toiletries...ie extra toothbrush, maybe mouthwash, shower cap ???

Liked: Love the location. We stay here every time we are in the area.
Disliked: They are upgrading the facilities which is good. However, we like the uniqueness of each unit.
