A good business hotel
Liked: I loved the pool on the second floor and sunbathing there. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. It's lovely that they offer a shuttle to Universal Studios, with a lovely driver who shared good tips. Liked the gym as well, just missed rowing.
Disliked: The coffee machine in the room was old and not good. It's a shame no breakfast was included in the price. The first room they gave me smelled weird, but luckily they offered me another one very quickly, it was likely due to them washing the carpets and a humidity smell might have remained.

Good convenient hotel book in...
Liked: We checked in late and they very kindly allowed us to have access to the lounge where there were snacks because all the restaurants were closed. This was quite nice.
Disliked: I wanted to extend for a night and the prices on extending were absolutely high watering so I then stayed at their companion property downtown the Marriott courtyard

Liked: Location location location. Great onsite restaurant and bar.
Disliked: Room was dated. Molding was falling off the wall. It smelled musty. The staff was not knowledgeable about the local facilities or the onsite event taking place that night.

Time to Hit the Reset...
Liked: Proximity to the BUR airport.
Disliked: Heating system was broken and not fixed even after reporting the issue. There was no shower curtain which made the bathroom a slippery mess. Check-in was efficient and helpful but follow through with issues wasn’t at all. The hotel is a bit tired.
