Super clean and comfortable

Liked: Spacious comfortable rooms. We had plenty of space to open two big suitcases and there was also a small kitchen annexe with microwave, fridge, minibar, and the table with two chairs. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars around even though it's not the city centre strictly speaking. The rooms are super clean, modern, comfortable, so is the bathroom. The room was warm and there was enough space to park a car outside off the street - this was great compared to any hotels and lodges closer to the city centre which have limited parking. The walk to the centre takes approximately 30 mins, there are also buses outside. The proximity of the park is also a plus - you can have a nice walk along the river to the Botanic Gardens and the city centre.
Disliked: Nothing really, just be prepared that it is not a city centre location, just a street with multiple motels and motor lodges.
