Liked: Location near the Kay Bailey - but there was trash and walkway was not paved, unsafe to walk
Disliked: Too much noise of traffic. I couldnt sleep because the hotel is located on highway. The water in the ahower was too hot. I am still having a burning sensation from that water. It was either too cold or too hot no middleCoffee machine in room was disgusting

Not a great experience.

Liked: Very spacious rooms with high-quality furnishings.Comfortable and well-equipped.The hotel's location is ideal for reaching the convention center.
Disliked: Breakfast is not buffet-style, which made the experience extremely slow. First, there was a queue to get a table, followed by a long wait to order and receive the food.I had to skip 2 out of 4 breakfasts for this reason. Despite the breakfasts being prepaid, they refused to refund the ones I couldn't have.Additionally, in the room, it is not possible to completely turn off the air conditioning, which is extremely noisy and dirty. I kept sneezing non-stop...
