Liked: A charming and cheap option for staying in London. Only a few minutes to various train stations and bus stops.The room has everything one would need. The food is good.
Disliked: One needs to be quit fit for taking the many stairs to the rooms on the upper floors.

Disliked: There was no nice Welcome when we arrived at the hotel.Breakfast was Chaos ! Unorganised, breakfast ,choice was very limited , Toast was not cooked,Coffee was Very strong & undrinkable , DIY form to fill in & await for it to be picked up by staff who had not got a clue what they were doing ! Room was in an annexe of the hotel & on the 4th floor with no lift. Remnants from previous guests left in room.Room was cold on arrival ( there was a heater in room ) No Tea & Coffee facilities in room.Bed was reasonable.

Liked: Located in a quiet location just of the high street,with easy travel to and from London city, helpful friendly staff, breakfast buffet choice good and extras reasonably priced, all in all a very nice and charming place
Disliked: Bathroom is very compact

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever...

Liked: Great location. Clean hotel.
Disliked: The least comfortable bed I have ever attempted to sleep in. In 2009, I spent a night in jail-that experience was more comfortable than the bed at this hotel. Breakfast is disappointing.
