It was a good stay, but will look for something a little nicer next time.

Liked: The Lord Elgin Hotel is centrally located near the Parliament in Ottawa and has a very welcoming staff. The room and bathroom were spacious. We loved the possibility of checking out at 12 p.m.
Disliked: Overall, the room needed a good dusting. Even commonly used areas in the room or bathroom were rather dusty.

Great stay

Liked: The staff were lovely and the interior of the hotel (lobby etc was very fancy). Our room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view. Location was fairly quiet whilst still being on the doorstep of everything. Would definitely stay there again
Disliked: I wish they had smart TVs in the rooms

Excellent, Top place to stay...

Liked: Service, accommodation, room uprade, upper floor, stuff. Card about my Birthday and chocolate in room.
Disliked: For me, the mattress was not firm enough but it's my personal preference

Disliked: Lip stick marks on the glasses as well as the paper cups. They re-use paper cups in the rooms!
