Very comfortable and luxurious

Liked: It is a beautiful place to stay and the staff are first class. Very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. Our garden room with a spacious en suite bathroom couldn’t be faulted.
Disliked: Breakfast was an extra charge and £37.50 each. We stay in lovely hotels fairly regularly, some of them in the same group as Longueville Manor, but that price for breakfast is ridiculous. We had a fantastic brunch in various cafes and restaurants all over the island every day for half of the price, mostly with wonderful views as well.

Excellent, friendly, characterful hotel

Liked: Staff were excellent as was the breakfast and choice of breakfast offered. We did not have dinner.Our room was upgraded and extremely comfortable and clean with added extras such as fruit, wine and biscuits
Disliked: Only slight criticism and I mean slight, was that the walls were quite thin and we could hear people above. I think this would be very hard to remedy as the hotel is a beautiful old building and not everything will be perfect.
