Unless You're Going to a...

Liked: The bartender/server in the bar was very nice and professional. I think her name is Christine. She was very attentive of our dining experience, and she spoke to us like valued customers.
Disliked: No one else but that bartender gave a damn about me. They couldn't have cared any less. Check-in was insulting, and follow-up was disappointing. I have dedicated my entire adult life to helping other people, but the times I needed help from the crew and the management, I got none. I was thrown away like garbage.

Disliked: The room was so dusty that I started sneezing as soon as I got there. The furniture is a bit distanced from the wall, so you could actually see the balls of dirt. No toiletries, no working phone in the room, so I had to go to the reception to ask for them (they are aware that various phone on the night tables do not work, but they simply don't care to remove them). The cleaning is poor overall: in the following days the room was not made at 6pm (had to wait in the lobby until 7pm to have it done). Had to escalate strongly to get a decent treatment, the front manager on duty was rude and rushed. Awful front staff (a lot of miscommunications, unfriendly, confused).Before arriving I tried to contact the Hotel thorugh Booking.com with a written message. Nobody answered. This led to issues with my reservation. Nobody was able to explain; the front manager even dared to lie saying that "they don't receive written messages from Booking.com". Obviously, I got an answer some days later (when I had already sorted it out and complained about it). Absolutely not in line with the Marriott standards. Don't go here unless you are hopelessly forced to.
