Disliked: Did not receive our check in email or text which caused a problem when we arrived. Would prefer having staff on the property to answer questions.

Liked: What Breakfast? Never offered......, Good location to beach, good location to town, nice area. nice size unit...I appreciated the follow up of the staff.....
Disliked: Parking good, needed another bath but the one was nice, TV situation what worked and what did not to hard to navigate, needs to be regular TV and something else that the guest does not have to figure out or pay for. The parking lot near the dumpster was a mess..., part off fence around property falling apart. The AC in the master bedroom of #6 is so loud at night it felt like there is a hurricane outside and wind blowing. One room should have king bed and the other two queens. One of the boys had to use the pull out to sleep which is not like the bed as far as comfort. But we still enjoyed our stay and the room overall was nice and big,,,,

Liked: This was a wonderful stay near the beach. The Long Beach Suites have all the comforts of home but at a great location. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful throughout or stay!

Great location and short walk...

Liked: Was unaware that breakfast was available and received no breakfast
Disliked: Soap was watered down and was not effective for washing hands and body wash was empty. No wine glasses and some drinking glasses were chipped. Would like to have had access to beach chairs and umbrella to take to the beach. I called to inquire about getting chairs and umbrella and was told staff would check but heard nothing back. Bedroom size small and no area to put luggage

Good location, but thin walls...

Liked: The location is great - 200 feet from Long Beach, albeit without any ocean views. Modern building, freshly built. Quiet street in a mixed locals/vacationers neighborhood.
Disliked: For the price, I would have expected two bathrooms per unit, not one. After all, it's a two-bedroom large unit, but there is only one bath. Couple of walls needed repainting, and if I owned a property, I would have not rented it out in that condition. We got the first floor unit. There is no noise insulation, so the kids running around upstairs sounded like a herd of horses. Again, a new construction structure built a couple of years ago - I would have expected better noise insulation. Then, some small annoyances - burned out microwave bulbs, ceiling fans that are on or off only, no speed control. One was actually spinning in "winter mode" in reverse, with no way to change that. Ceilings are high, so there was no reaching it to switch it on the fan. Overall, for the price that we paid, I expected a little better.
