Liked: The woman who was the manager (owner?) was extremely gracious. Although I really enjoyed staying there, I would highly recommend the place because of her.

Liked: The receptionist was friendly both when we went to check in and also later when I asked for some extra blankets. She also had some recommendations for dinner. And the office had those old-school pamphlets of things to do in the area like when I was a kid!Room was clean but bare bones as it gets. We'll go with the minimalist approach
Disliked: We had the two bedroom suite. Very thin walls and very loud, squeaky beds. Every time the person in the next bedroom moved it would make a racket and wake me up and vice versa for him. We had to be up at 5 AM that day so it wasn't restful sleep at all. Also the lighting is way too bright in the bedroom and bathroom, softer lighting is so much more relaxing. We stayed in room 35 and the back bedroom faced what appeared to be a roof level gathering spot for the apartment complex next-door. I could see if it was a weekend night or sometime in the summer that it could get really loud. I wouldn't want to try And sleep through that.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, efficient accommodation. Clean laminate floors (no carpet, thank goodness). The mattresses are a bit too firm. But the fresh, clean linen and fluffy pillows make up for it.
Disliked: The bathroom is pretty cramped. But no impediment to getting a good hot shower.

Liked: I liked how my front door was so close to my car and I appreciated the rooms being not close to the road.
Disliked: I wish my room at curtains instead of shutters to block out the light
