Beautiful hotel in a great...

Liked: LH is located in a beautiful, historic building within walking distance of the Art Institute, Mag Mile and other attractions. We had a great view of the river and city from our room. The hotel is newly renovated with attention paid to every detail. The room and all of the public areas are nicely decorated and spotless. We enjoyed the great view from the roof top bar.
Disliked: Can't think of anything that could be improved. It was a wonderful experience all round.

Perfect location for a comfortable...

Liked: Fantastic location; helpful, friendly staff; comfortable and well appointed amenities. The team was very accommodating and responsive to every need. The text concierge feature was an added bonus. Great location to walk or hop on transit to all of the sites. We loved our stay and would happily return.
Disliked: Honestly, can’t think of anything negative about our stay.
