The whole hotel needs a complete refurbishment. The front of the hotel looks horrible. I paid £350 for 1 night and expected better.

Liked: Ideal location for Wembley Stadium.
Disliked: Room was dirty; marks on wall and dirty lampshades. Air conditioning unit very noisy.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for future if we go to the arena next year. So hopefully see you guys soon - keep up the hard work.

Liked: Staff were great; rooms were clean and comfortable; ideal location as my nephews were singing in the arena.
Disliked: Too hot in the room. A fan outside was on all night - couldn't sleep properly.

Liked: Location good
Disliked: Rooms were so disgusting staff were rude and had a go at my son. Bedding was disgusting stains on bedding. Window was broken in one of our rooms

Excellent stay for the family

Liked: The corridors look a little messy, and room looks dated. However, the room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and it had everything you would need.
Disliked: For a short stay there's nothing I could fault.

Very convenient location wise, pleasant...

Liked: Location is brilliant for the Arena and Stadium. Breakfast good but a little overpriced, Room basic but comfortable,
Disliked: air conditioner at the corner of bed a bit annoying, may have only been our room.

Liked: reception staff were lovely and very helpful
Disliked: bar man couldn't get the order right, we gave up in the end.Hotel was very expensive for such an old hotel and breakfast wasn't included

Disappointing

Disliked: Watching the end of the masters golf and the staff just turned the tv off, saying they couldn't man the bar.We explained we didn't want a drink, just wanted to watch the conclusion of the golf and they didn't have sky tv in the rooms.There were about 12 to 15 guests left disappointed.
