The whole hotel needs a complete refurbishment. The front of the hotel looks horrible. I paid £350 for 1 night and expected better.

Liked: Ideal location for Wembley Stadium.
Disliked: Room was dirty; marks on wall and dirty lampshades. Air conditioning unit very noisy.

Overall I would recommend this hotel for future if we go to the arena next year. So hopefully see you guys soon - keep up the hard work.

Liked: Staff were great; rooms were clean and comfortable; ideal location as my nephews were singing in the arena.
Disliked: Too hot in the room. A fan outside was on all night - couldn't sleep properly.

Disappointing

Disliked: Watching the end of the masters golf and the staff just turned the tv off, saying they couldn't man the bar.We explained we didn't want a drink, just wanted to watch the conclusion of the golf and they didn't have sky tv in the rooms.There were about 12 to 15 guests left disappointed.

Ideal location for Arena or...

Liked: Location fantastic for a show at Wembley Arena. Free parking excellent. Perfect to suit our needs for our visit.
Disliked: Only 1 pillow (each) on the bed would have liked another.

Liked: Room dated but clean and comfortable. Food and sevice at the hotel restaurant was very good we enjoyed an evening meal before an event at ovo arena. Tube station close by.
Disliked: Noise outside hotel from midnight onwards bins being emptied for what seemed like an eternity followed by boy racer on a motorcycle bombing up and down the road outside which combined with bin emptying noise interrupted our sleep on both nights.
