Liked: Room was more than adequate, facilities were excellent in the room.
Disliked: I was charged £120 refundable deposit even though the sign at reception said it was £50, I still haven’t received the deposit back as I write this.

Nice place to stay
Liked: A nice place to stay in London on a budget! The room was a bit small but well equipped for a weekend stay with all the essentials and a short walk to the underground. Staff were very nice.

Very good for the money,...
Liked: Very comfortable bed, excellent toilet, quiet calm area
Disliked: There was AC in the room but was not provided an AC rmeote to actually control it which is a bit of a shame.

Ideal for what we needed
Liked: Location was ideal for us. We managed to park outside the front on the on street parking which was handy. Comfortable beds, clean rooms.
Disliked: The lift was broken which wasn't great as my mother uses a wheel chair and then had to walk up the stairs. But we managed. The rooms are a little tired but they are clean and the beds were comfy.
