Very pleasing.

Liked: The location is great. It is a few minutes walk from the subway station Acton Town and nearby there are several bus stops. Reaching the city center was very easy. The room was very clean and comfortable and bigger than what we expected. In any way, our experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had forgotten to ask for for a baby bed and they provided it as soon as they could. We will definitely consider going again and we recommend it with no reservations.

Liked: The bed and bathroom seemed really clean
Disliked: The curtains don't fit the windows so it's not possible to keep the light out in the morning. The carpet is really old and needs changing.
