Liked: I stayed at the London Star hotel whilst working in London & the deluxe room that I stayed in on the 3rd floor, was nice, quiet, modern & clean. Saif, the night receptionist was also very helpful & approachable. I was very satisfied with my stay & experience here.
Disliked: The only things that need improving are that the room key cards are a bit temperamental & my room was very clean it was just that it needed a bit more of a thorough hoover. Everything else was great.

Ideal for visiting London

Liked: A tube journey into central London, this is one of the best budget hotels for visiting London, a few extra pence for Zone 3 but the hotel offers so much more than other city centre hotels, always clean and fresh smelling when returning to the hotel, a warm welcome from the staff, and plenty of food options just a few min walk from the hotel, with tube links less than 10 minutes gentle walk.

Liked: Location was good and staff friendly. Room was quiet.
Disliked: Room was very shabby. Carpet ripped and frayed, over bed lights not working, light in bathroom broken, shower head unstable, cables hanging out walls. Luckily we only used the room to sleep in as we were out in London exploring a lot but the room really needed a revamp.

Liked: I stayed here for more than one week. The price was cheap but the service was very good. Very close to Morrison Supermarket and the bus stop point just in front of the hotel. Special thank for the excellent service of Mr. SAIF keep up the good work. Surely I will be back to this hotel again. Thank you.
