Great place to stay. Perfect...

Liked: Great breakfast & choice
Disliked: New shower but drainage needs checking as shower tray nearly overflowed when showering. Plus no extractor fan that we could see /find.

Disappointing and expensive

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The room was not very clean. The bedding was dirty. The tea and coffee in the room was poor quality and there was very limited choice. The pillows were uncomfortable. It was very pricey for the experience.

Excellent. I shall stay there...

Liked: The Room was perfect & facilities were spot on for what I wanted.Breakfast, yep great choices. Staff efficient & polite.Location spot on close to Richmond as I was meeting friends for a meal there in the evening.One thing though. I thought that some of areas, corridors for example could do with a ‘lick of paint’.
