Lovely modern vibe and staff...

Liked: Modern room. Lovely comfortable hotel.Great size room and upgraded for free at checkin. Lovely team of people. Loved nespresso and drink making facilities. Breakfast perfect.
Disliked: Lifts not working correctly. Could have done with more coffee in the room initially.

Liked: I recently stayed at the London Marriott for 4 days with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, well-maintained, and our towels were changed daily. The bed was made up every day, which added a nice touch.The hotel’s location was fantastic, with the tube and bus station only 400 meters away, making it easy to travel to various tourist attractions. There’s also a Coop nearby for any grocery needs, which was really convenient. We appreciated the late check-out option, and it was great that we could store our luggage and freshen up before our flight home.The only small downside was that the bathroom seemed a bit dated, and the showerhead had a slight leakage. However, this didn’t impact our overall experience much.Overall, it was a great stay,
