Not bad

Liked: Good service they have house keeping twice a day they are amazing
Disliked: The room wasn't the same i choose and they said its fully booked who comes first they took the room !! And there was leakage from the bathtub

2nd stay, and always feels...

Liked: The hotel is very accommodating and the staff are very friendly.The rooms are modern and the lounge and restaurant are great.
Disliked: It’s a little out of the way if you want to be closer to the Strand, or the financial district.Marble Arch is right by Oxford Street.Map it out before you go.
