Liked: I like the hygiene and comfort at this place. People were highly respectful and helpful.
Disliked: The room was a little bit tiny. It was hard for groups.

Liked: Very clean rooms and facility. The arrangement with the very close private gym facility was great. Short distance to two tube lines, multiple pubs, and grocery was a big plus.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little basic, and offerings the same everyday.

Liked: The hotel and rooms were so clean and modern. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter's glasses broke while we were there and we couldn't find any superglue in the nearby shops. We asked at reception and they were able to get some from the maintenance team for us. The hotel is in a great location with the tube and overground station just around the corner. We had breakfast at Carluccios every day and also ate there one evening and the food was lovely.
