Liked: The staff were very good and accommodating
Disliked: The AC was too cold and the temperature could not be changed . The Wi-Fi was very bad in the public areas. The road works outside the hotel were very noisy during working days.

Didn’t meet expectations

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: The room was ok, but had stains on carpet, bins weren’t empty when the cleaners came in after our 1st day. Works were being carried in the corridor outside out room on arrival (8.30pm on Friday) works both in and outside the began at 8am on Saturday morning which was noisy and woke us up. Overpriced for what we expected.

Liked: One night stay, our neighbours were loud after midnight i called to reception they came up in minutes and dealt with it.On arrival our TV was wonky and wouldn't turn on this was dealt with before our return Staff were all helpful and friendlyFood was lovely Bed was so comfortable Shower was amazing

Clean, cosy & convenient.

Liked: Lovely breakfast, super comfy beds, clean modern room and excellent location.
Disliked: A dressing gown and slippers would have been nice.
