Disliked: you have to ask them for robes, slippers, and waterthey dont really clean the room, they just make the bed and take out the trash

Very good

Liked: Staff were excellent, cheerful, and mostly helpful. Rooms were new and clean. Location was nice in a quite area
Disliked: There were lots of noise very early in the morning (door slamming) that continued for 30 mins at least (every day).Additionally, house keeping was not the best. We left a dirty blanket on the floor near the door for them to collect and no one touched it for 2 days until we had to explicitly ask them to.

Could stay again but definitely...

Liked: Location is great, bus stop outside takes you directly to Marble Arch via Kensington and in return stops just outside the hotel entrance. Beds were extra comfy and room size was great
Disliked: Breakfast was very bad and disorganized. Plus, freezing cold especially for kids! In room service options were also limited, arrived late and there was not much of a choice such as plain pasta or margarita for kids and adults alike. Reception was too crowded due to staff shortage (only 1 person)
