Liked: The hotel is in an historic building and in an excellent location. It is very elegant and quite comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing really. We were quite happy with the property.

Disliked: Staff…i was not offered champagne at reception and no tour of the hotel. On checking out today, I saw everyone being offered champagne and someone talking them through facilities. I approached the reception to ask why I wasn’t given the same service yesterday and he then offered me champagne. I really hope this is not a case of racism as I would be very disappointed to say the least

Liked: Loved the room. Loved being right by the London Eye. Great views. Thought the room service cost was so unbelievable expensive that it really turned me and my granddaughter off!!! Expecially the $15 surcharge on top of everything else. The "add ons" were actually way more than the actual meal. Totally unacceptable.Other than that, love this hotel.
Disliked: Room service costs! Way too expensive!!!!

Liked: Being in central location was fantastic. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was lovely and birthday treats were awesome. Felt very welcomed.
Disliked: No heated towel rail so was chilly getting out the shower. Croissant at breakfast was cold and too firm, almost hard. Pool just a tad chilly and no sauna as building work was being done.
