Liked: The hotel and staff are exceptional. Location is excellent for many major London attractions .

Liked: Room with view was as advertised and comfortable. The pool was a good length.
Disliked: Only one breakfast tea bag in the room Others were varied but there were two of us registered to stay.Restricted changing at the pool.

There was a notice in the bathroom saying to contact reception if you wanted to buy the products in the bathroom. this crated a doubt as clear whether I could use the eg soap, shampoo without buying the whole amount. I think at the price, use of shampoo etc ought to be very clearly included.
