Pleasant
Liked: Breakfast was great, except for the bread
Disliked: The bread. Also the location isn't particularly nice

Good
Liked: Overall stay is good, especially I could be arranged with an early check in after a long haul flight on 13 FEB.
Disliked: What is disappointed is overall room service, indeed, no room service available at all. On the first room I stayed upon arrival, it's on 1/F, there is no TV remote in room. Tried to call through the phone in room, no ring, no answer, didn't work. I have to walk down to reception and ask for a remote. Then, it took about an hour to have a gentleman coming and set up the TV. On the second room I stayed for 2nd & 3rd night, it's good that I was finally arranged to a higher floor and do thanks for the arrangement. But, while I found there is no slipper in closet, tried to call Room Service again, same, no answer. Tried to call 3 times and finally got answer by Front Counter, and said will be arranged. Am waiting for mins, as do not want to walk barely with out slipper, but, even I called again and again, no one coming. Finally, I walked down to Reception and I got the slipper by myself by hand, even worst, what I got a same sides for right feet.... I needed to go down again to get a new one.Anyway, very disappointed with the overall room service where I am staying in Marriott, where the service shouldn't be like that.

Good, Comfortable weekend stay.
Liked: Welcome @ front door/ Check-in /Check-out at reception was very polite. Service in general was goodAtmosphere of the hotel was also good. Calm place
Disliked: No complimentary water in room. For a 5 start hotel, that should be given by default not have to pay £5. The Kettle does not work needs to be replaced

Liked: Lovely service, good room clean and tidy. Lovely staff and very attentive when needed which made it a personalised stay

Poor
Disliked: The booking was for three, but there were no extra slippers. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush, and the phone at the front desk was not answered the first time I called.The intern at reception also failed to check whether our booking included breakfast, and when we encountered a non-English speaking guest at dinner the next morning, the reception appeared to be at a loss and did not know how to use mobile phone translation apps to communicate, which is not at all like a big international hotel.

Perfect location
Liked: Really great location, close to tube station so easy to get around, comfortable and clean! Staff were beyond friendly- would definitely stay here again!
