Liked: The room was big and clean. There were many amenities available. Like a mini fridge, some tea, and shampoos and conditioners
Disliked: The hotel is quite old. Therefore you could hear the noises of the heating and other rooms and also since it is old the rooms feel like they are dirty even though it’s not.

Liked: The hotel is in a nice location and close to the Earl’s Court tube station. Staff were friendly, showed me to my room and took my bags up for me. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean.
Disliked: You can hear noise from other guests in other rooms as well as noise from the street so would recommend ear plugs at night. The shower water pressure was inconsistent and sometimes low. The wifi was also very on and off. When checking out the lift was not working so had to carry luggage down three flights of stairs. Despite this, it was still a nice stay and the area was lovely.
