Would not return.

Liked: It was in a good location.
Disliked: I have stayed here for 3 nights, checking out on 11/12, by myself. The room was atrocious. I was in B9. The window didn’t close properly so there was a freezing cold draught the whole time I was there from behind the curtains, I tried to prop the pillows against it and it made it worse. This has left me with a cough and feeling very unwell. Every morning from about 7am there were people stood outside the room being exceptionally loud, honestly it sounded like they were in the room with me due to the huge gap under the door. I don’t know if this was staff or guests. Finally - and this isn’t the hotels fault - but due to the window not closing fully there is clearly some building work going on at the street level near to the bedroom window. Again, this woke me up from like 730am every morning and sounded like a pneumatic drill it was so loud and continuous. I came away to have a relaxing break yet I’ve come away tried and poorly. This is not on for the price I paid if £400.I wanted a relaxing break where I could have a lie in and chill out away from home and this is the complete opposite to what I got. I am gutted.
