I enjoyed my time at...

Liked: Location and room cleaniness was quite impressive. Staff were very efficient, friendly and courteous. Supply of beverages and "little bites" daily to room was also impressive.
Disliked: I requested for & paid for a room upgrade after initial booking but still got a room in the lower floor. Limited menu option for lunch and dinner makes long stay guests less exciting foodwise after some days.

Disliked: The room was too small and having very small window not the one i booked, i book park view but even i asked the reception when arrive she didn’t answer i was in rush as i was so busy so didn’t have time to argue with them but i was disappointed
