Convenient & Comfortable Airport Hotel

Liked: Welcoming and understanding staff, we arrived exhausted and distressed due to very negative experience in another facility. The staff was very helpful to ensure we had a frictionless stay
Disliked: We would love to see similar customer service in other places

Liked: Our hotel stay was great, the location and facilities, breafast was tasty and great choice and quality.
Disliked: When we did arrive, the staff at reception were not welcoming! We arrived earlier at 11:00 and were asked for 65gbp early check in, which we did not wait to pay. Then we came at 13:00 and the price was down to 30gbp for one hour earlier check in, despite that we were told that the room was ready! The stuff have eventually let is in at 13:30 after few attempts.Frankly, this was not something one would expect from Marriott type of hotel. That looked like a negotiation at bazaar! Not at all customer friendly. We would reccomend to the management of the hotel to instruct the staff to let people in as long as the room is ready and closer to check in time at no additional fee. This is the normal practice around the world. Hope that gets solved and that this will be a useful feedback. Other than that all is great with the hotel. Thank you!

Disliked: Parking is quite expensive. Swimming pool is quite small and very busy. Breakfast is not buffet, which is not fun.
