It was ok for the...

Liked: It was clean and the staff were pleasant
Disliked: There was no telephone in my room and I raised this with the staff and despite assurance that they put it back they didn’t and nothing was done to fix this so I ended up having to walk down to reception with every enquiry I had

Liked: It was located close to my place of business
Disliked: 1.The didn't change my sheets. 2. I had to rinse the dirty tea cups for re-use. I left it outside and when I returned late in the evening around 23:00 the cups where still there outside my room.
