Everything was great but the...

Liked: Its a boutique hotel in a good area. There is so many shops, restauratns and pubs around. Thr hotel was good too and worth the price. Helpful staff and clean. There was a safe and tv inside a room. There was a air con plus heater facility with a remote but the heating option didn’t work, the room wasn’t cold so we didn’t say anything to the hotel staff. Thr toilet/shower was clean, with so many soaps, shampoo and towels.
Disliked: Thr only issue we had was the noise coming from the corridor. Because it was a small hotel, every rooms was so close to each other and i think the cleaners were starting their job quite early too so the noises from the people was from 7 am and that woke us up.

Liked: The room was very clean and pleasant. The hotel itself is in an excellent location
Disliked: We were in a double room with an additional bed, so 3 adults. But we were continually only given towels and cups for two people. Every day of our three night stay I had to request additional towels. This was quickly remedied but was annoying.
